OCAGV would like to acknowledge the support of the Seattle Seahawks and in particular, Ohio native Coby Bryant, for participating in the NFL’s My Cause, My Cleats initiative this year.

Seattle Seahawks rookie, Coby Bryant pays tribute to Dailyn Ferguson, a friend since eighth grade from Cleveland who was shot and killed outside his business earlier this year. Through My Cause, My Cleats, Coby also shares his voice as a professional athlete in recognition of the Ohio Coalition Against Gun Violence. He wore specially-designed shoes in commemoration during the Seahawks game against the LA Rams on December 4, 2022. It was a win for the Seahawks – and a win for awareness on the issue of gun violence in Ohio. Coby played five seasons for the University of Cincinnati.
